Rajendra (Raj) Aphale brings over 39 years of rich and diverse professional experience across multiple industries and countries. His work spans strategy planning, operational excellence, insolvency and turnaround management, cost systems, HR, and leadership development.

He has worked with large multinational corporations, SMEs, and startups, and has provided consulting, training, and interim leadership across engineering, automotive, chemicals, IT, FMCG, textiles, and banking sectors.
